Purpose: Identify specific actions and ideas to create awareness, acceptance, conviction, and action in support of the change.
Process:
1) Identify — Facilitate group discussion to identify specific ideas to create AWARENESS, generate ACCEPTANCE, help them gain CONVICTION/COMMITMENT for the change, and enable and reinforce ACTION.
2) Select — Prioritize those strategies that are most actionable and likely to work (see example matrix in tool template below).
3) Plan — Transfer those ideas into your Action Plan.
