Purpose: Create relevant, clear, concise, and memorable message about the basics of the change
Process:
1) Get input — Using the outputs from all the previous tools, ask group to answer succinctly (may use the 20 word approach) each question in the tool.
2) Discuss — Double check for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
3) Practice — Invite participants to answer the 4 Ps in casual conversation mode to ensure key messages are consistent and memorable.
Product: document with key information about the change. Participants have a consistent short speech about the project.
